I have heard a bit about Eugenics, but I don't believe it's right.

It may have been. But it's the idea that the human race may be improved by only allowing certain sorts of people to have children. More or less.

That is so messed up. I bet they wouldn't let workers have kids or something.

Yes, people of lesser means would be...discouraged. It's all rather disturbing.

I meant the other type of workers. Curseworkers, you know. But I guess they'd probably do it to the other kind as well.

I was about to say people who work curses, but I realized that didn't really help. People who use magic, I guess.
