Case #10: Video

[George's hair is being untamed again. It may actually be plotting something. I wouldn't trust it not to fake left and then dart right, that's all I'm saying.

More importantly: George is wearing this. And jeans.]

My tea shirt [and you can hear the t-e-a in his pronunciation] has a mustache.

[George looks confused. And a little enthralled. And slightly suspicious.]

And Mr. Spinola has an interest in working with the infirmary.

[George glances down at his shirt again.]

I do believe it's staring at me.

((George is not affected by the flood, so if you would like your character to be overwhelmed by optimism, youthful enthusiasm, or a distrust of modern underwear, feel free to spam away.))

I have some spare clothes in the TARDIS if you don't want something that stares at you.

Have you got any from the early 21st century? Only that was the deal.

Perhaps I should have worn the octopus.

I should. Zoe was from the 21st century, so I'm certain the TARDIS spouted out some clothes in that style.

[Zoe also wore horrible sparkly catsuits, BUT THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT.]

I would appreciate something less revealing if you could part with it. Surely they must wear coats in the 21st century.

They do! Do you mind leather?

[identity profile] 19centconstable.livejournal.com 2011-06-30 12:49 am (UTC)(link)
I don't think I've ever seen such a thing. It wouldn't be quite stiff?

How wonderful! Come over to my room, and we'll go to the wardrobe room in the TARDIS!

I didn't get the chance to ask before, but: why does your...box say "police" on it?

[identity profile] doctor-scarf.livejournal.com 2011-07-03 04:42 pm (UTC)(link)
Because its Chameleon Circuit is stuck. So the TARDIS looks like a police box.

[identity profile] 19centconstable.livejournal.com 2011-07-03 06:34 pm (UTC)(link)
...You keep your police in boxes?

[identity profile] doctor-scarf.livejournal.com 2011-07-03 09:31 pm (UTC)(link)
No, of course not. The police box had a phone in it so you could call the police if needed.

[identity profile] 19centconstable.livejournal.com 2011-07-04 03:32 am (UTC)(link)
Oh! That's terribly useful.

[identity profile] doctor-scarf.livejournal.com 2011-07-04 04:46 am (UTC)(link)
It is, isn't it? The TARDIS chose that shape to blend in to England circa 1960 but, as the circuit is broken, it's stuck in that shape.
