[George looks confused. And a little enthralled. And slightly suspicious.]

And Mr. Spinola has an interest in working with the infirmary.

[George glances down at his shirt again.]

I do believe it's staring at me.

It really only gets bad after a particularly violent port or flood.

We have plenty of time otherwise.

Sometimes. But not often. The infirmary isn't the place to be if you don't want to be there. Other people depend on you too much.
