When I first arrived, a number of people told me that my enthusiasm for this place would quickly change. I don't believe that it has, but no one has mentioned it lately. I wonder if they merely assume that I feel differently, or if they have in fact given up on me, as it were.

I think maybe we just-might be taking it for granted? I still think it's there.
